Our Single Trip, Annual Travel and Discoverer Travel Insurance products each have a Policy Summary that gives a handy overview of benefits in case of medical emergencies, theft or loss, cancellation and curtailment. Complete terms and conditions are found on the accompanying Policy Documents, which you should read carefully. These also contain useful phone numbers, notes on legal assistance, insured activities, winter sports cover and details of how to make a claim.

Once you have purchased your travel insurance policy, you will be sent a complete set of documentation that confirms your policy number and the exact details of the trip to be covered, including details of any medical conditions disclosed.
